Method transfer

 

Method transfers as a part of technology transfers are per se larger, usually rather time-consuming projects. We can support you competently in performing the multitude of different activities required for those transfers. Our support ranges from preparing individual documents to a complete coordination. We comply with your individual needs to offer you the greatest possible ease of burden.

 

Our services in the field of method transfers include:

• Creating an in-house transfer SOP, possibly adaptation of transfer SOP already in place to current requirements
• Creating method-specific risk analysis
• Review / comparison of method performance test instructions from both sites (sending and receiving site) - German, English and French is possible
• Determining gaps during the gap assessment, for example in the equipment to be used
• Creating strategic method transfer (master) plans and reports
• Creating transfer protocols for each individual method in comparative transfers
• Supporting consultation during the transfer („external look“)
• Direct involvement with and coordination of the analytical transfer in the form of an external interim manager
• Troubleshooting in case of failed transfers
